On September 10, students at Tunstall Middle School dove into The Race to Reconstruction, a board game that brings post-Civil War America to life. As they played, students experienced the ups and downs of the era, with advantages propelling them forward and unfair disadvantages sending them backward. It is history in action and learning through play.
